2010-2011 Fiscal Year Calendar
The AHCA Board meets the third Tuesday of each month, except July and December, normally at 7:30 in the evening, with the meeting location rotating among Board members’ homes.
All neighborhood residents are welcome to attend and participate.

July 3, 2010
Fourth of July Parade, please meet at 9:45 AM at the top of Gilpin Court for lineup and judging. The parade will start at 10 AM and wind through the neighborhood. Popsicles will be served at the end of the parade.
The Fourth of July Picnic will be held at Abbott Park (located near the intersection of Mineral Avenue and High Street), 4-7 PM. Brats, hamburgers and hotdogs and soda provided by the AHCA, bring a dish to share and a lawn chair. Possible side dishes – fruit, vegetable, pasta or potato salad, appetizer, dessert, pre-sliced watermelon, beans, chips….
